Mmmm Corn on the cob!!!

I'll just pass this matter how you cook it, corn on the cob is fantastic! Instead of all that butter, which I love (!), try this:

After it's cooked, squeeze fresh lime juice all over it, then sprinkle paprika all over. Oh. My. God.

Sooo darned goooood, and so much less fat!!!!
