The only bridges we have in our town are the ones that go over the San Pedro River, that flows through the riparian area. It is a favorite place to bird watch or hike (in the winter when the snakes are hibernating).
This next bridge is in Tucson. I always enjoy looking at it. Makes me smile.
This last one is also in Tucson, in the downtown area. It is built to look like a diamondback rattlesnake. A little creepy, but it's cool.

Oh oh oh how wonderful are these!! I lived in Scottsdale for years and my sis is in Tucson now. I just love the reserve and recognized them all but the last one..wow how cool is that!!?? Wonderful shootout..so fun to see familiar places!! Hugs, Sarah
I adore bridges, I post allot of them on my scenic saturday post on no excuse no explanation....these are just beautiful, so well done my friend;)
I do like the effect of b&w, especially the view of the San Pedro!
Nice job.
What gorgeous pictures. A snake bridge! What if it were combined with the "wavy" bridge in Jama's post? Now that would be creepy.
Shabbygirl...great black and white pictures. I really like the view from the bridge...would like to see it in person!

Wow, that last one sure is something. I've never seen one like that before :)
Great choice of bridges.
Glad you're back. Safe and sound and all's well, I hope.
Wonderful. Very different. Bridges that have been made to look attractive instead of just functional. What a novel idea!
the last two bridges are very unique and different. nice series of shots!!
What wonderful bridges you have! They look terrific in black and white, too!
Wasn't this black and white theme fun? Although I forgot, lol!
Lovin your photos!
A great variety of bridges there - cannot think of any in the UK that are as unusual (though there probably are somewhere).
Love the variety here too! The black and white is perfect for these shots.
