Just another day

I don't think I've ever shown you a picture of the geranium that sits at my front door outside.

The previous owners left it here five years ago. It's hooked up to irrigation. That's probably why they left it. he he.

What is so amazing about it, is that it blooms all year round. During the winter, it does not put out as many, but will still keep poppin' them out.

I've started several new plants with leaves that have come off while taking spent blooms off. I swear, even the new plants are tough! Must have been a really good strain or something.

Yes, I'm rambling. I'm bored, although I have more than enough to do. I'm anxious, even though there's nothing more I can do to move the house along. I'm having a hard time sitting still, even though I need to focus on my work.

Take a deep breath, turn it over, let it go.

I know what you mean being bored while surrounded by things to do!

Blogging is good for that. A little break, and back to the boring stuff.

Have an interesting weekend!

Geraniums are such friendy plants. I always get confused between geraniums and pelargoniums (whch are indigenous to our area). Some of them look so alike. This is probably the first garden we have ever had that does not have a geranium or a pelargoium.
