FRIDAY SHOOTOUT

The theme this week, INCONGRUOUS, which means contradictory, or out of place, was chosen by Mary at Traveling Hammer. I've read the word before but didn't really know what it meant. Thanks for teaching me something new Mary!

This week has been full of packing, so I have not had the time to give this theme a whole lot of time. But I did manage to get this shot when we drove through Benson, AZ, about 30 miles from my town, a couple of weeks ago.

Have a great weekend!!!

I guess we missed Godzilla when we were through AZ recently. Maybe our next trip! :) M

Hope you are finding a few treasures while doing all that packing.

OHHH, it's a dinosaur, and it's in a leg-lock with a McDonald's, and then, then what happened?
Seriously, all of the shoots from AZ are pretty weird this week. What's up with that?

Great! I know exactly where that is. We get gas across the street on our way down to "The Shack". And to Kerry, I have already had to stand up for a fellow desert dwelller and now you are saying our Arizona shots are weird?!?!? Too funny, but I did like you description.

Shabbygirl...he looks like one of those sculpture you would have found along route 66 in the 50's...one of those landmarks to draw in the travelers from the road trips.

I just realized that you are the last blog on my dashboard and as I go through the blogs I often get distracted and never get to the end...and I forget to visit! Sorry about that...I am whittling down my blog list so I don't do that anymore.

Have a great Holiday weekend.
