I quote my son, "Wow, that's cool!" and then he said, "Is that her pet?"
Hi, I visited your blog through another and immediately became a fan of your wonderful photos! I live in Southern Utah, a dessert place, right now 103 out. I will be visiting more often!
Well, when we went out the front door to take the first photo, there he was. Maybe he thinks he's my pet?
My neighbor said she had a scorpion & a tarantula last week. I hope those stay over there! I'll take the snake!
That guy I can do without. Good pics though.
tricia, meee toooo, although I've heard it said if you have another snake, you won't have a rattler! I'll take this one, thank you very much!!! :)

Dan, I will definately (Heather) check out the book. I tell ya, we are hooked!
The tarantulas are the least of the "freaked" for me. I have carried them in a container outside a few times. One last year was probably 5 inches across and he was gorgeous. I do not want to handle the snakes, but I don't mind taking the pictures. I woulda been cryin' a couple of years ago!!!

I CAN'T STAND SPIDERS!!!! Here in the midwe3st our problem is the brown recluse...if you ever want to be totally grossed out...google brown recluse spider bites...something out of a b movie horror film.

Great pictures of the snake, but I could live without seeing one in reality. No snakes in Ireland, St. Patrick is supposed to have banished them.
